Imaging on Demand: Fortress Image on Demand is the ultimate in efficiency solution for clients who have multiple locations, need imaging and immediate access to records. With Fortress Image on Demand, clients transport all of their records from multiple office locations to be stored in one or two Fortress locations. When a client needs a document, instead of pulling it and physically delivering the file, it is pulled, the contents are imaged, indexed, and the file is uploaded to our secure FortressWeb servers. The physical file is then returned to its original storage location (if requested) or securely destroyed after (30) days. Fortress keeps three copies of the imaged document in all three Fortress data centers in three different cities for secure redundancy. The scanned images can be securely accessed via FortressWeb on any computer with internet access from anywhere in the world saving a company up to 75% over physical delivery. EDM – Electronic Document Management: EDM is an option for clients whom need the ability to manage different types of electronic material. EDM allows clients to add virtually any document format to an electronic file. You can add audio files, word files, excel files, emails, and etc. This system tracks any document you need to add to the electronic file and saves different versions of the document showing who made the change and when it was made. EDM integrates directly into Microsoft Office Suite, so you can have the option to save directly to the Fortress system from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook.

Data protection and availability: Whether data resides on servers, laptops, desktops or removable media, Fortress can provide access, security and retention of your data based on your specific needs at an affordable price.

Data destruction and shredding: Fortress offers solutions to securely destroy data and records once they are no longer needed. This reduces the management costs for maintaining information and dramatically reduces the risk of data and records falling into the wrong hands. Our data destruction and secure shredding services are flexible, effective, and reliable.

Physical document management and storage: Fortress can create and run your physical document management program, using onsite space or space at our facilities.
