A nationwide solution… Fortress Image on Demand is the ultimate in efficiency for clients who have multiple departments or locations, have imaging needs or need immediate access to records in a computer friendly format. It may not be necessary for you to image every single document that you have. Fortress Image on Demand lets you choose which documents you need imaged as you go, saving you time and money.

Here is how it works… Fortress clients usually consolidate, transport and store all of their records from all over the country to one or more of our locations. You request the files needed via FortressWeb online. Rather than pulling and physically delivering a box, we pull the specific documents requested. The files are then imaged, indexed and uploaded to our FortressWeb servers. The physical files are returned to their original storage location or securely destroyed after 30-days. Destruction of any scanned file using our image on demand service is free of charge. Your employees don’t have to waste time searching through boxes to find a file on your time; instead, you get what you’re looking for quickly and efficiently online.

Huge security and savings… The scanned images can be securely accessed via FortressWeb on any web browser. The files are not emailed to our clients over a risky unsecure network. Fortress keeps three copies in our datacenters in multiple different cities for secure redundancy. Best of all, you can have the document in a fraction of the time anywhere in the world, usually saving up to 75% over physical delivery.
