With Fortress Image on Demand, clients transport all of their records from multiple office locations to be stored in one or two Fortress locations. When a client needs a document, instead of pulling it and physically delivering the file, it is pulled, the contents are imaged, indexed, and the file is uploaded to our secure FortressWeb servers. The physical file is then returned to its original storage location (if requested) or securely destroyed after (30) days. Fortress keeps three copies of the imaged document in all three Fortress data centers in three different cities with SAS 70 data centers for secure redundancy. The scanned images can be securely accessed via FortressWeb on any computer with internet access from anywhere in the world saving a company up to 75% over physical delivery.
